Behaviour in School

The Governors and staff believe that children work better and learn more effectively in a friendly atmosphere placed within a framework of order and discipline.

All children are expected to behave well and to be fully aware of the needs of others.  Our principles are based upon self-discipline, consideration and mutual respect.  Those few children who misbehave or prevent others from working are dealt with quickly and parents are informed.  We expect co-operation and support from parents in the matters of discipline procedures and school rules. At the beginning of each school year all new starters are provided with our home-school agreement, which we expect will provide the basis of expectations.
